Management Committee members are automatically eligible for reimbursement (MC Substitutes only in attending instead of the regular MC representative). Working group members must meet the conditions, prepared by their WG Chairs and Vice-Chairs. The general condition is a completed online form for Action members.
All members of Working Group 1 are required to fill in the survey on Dictionary Use. Completing the survey is the first requirement to qualify for reimbursement for the next meeting. The second requirement will be to have a paper accepted for presentation at the meeting.

There are several hotels near the meeting venue, among those recommended by the organisers are:
Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal, Avenida Diagonal 161-163 , 08018, Barcelona
Ibis Barcelona Pza Glories 22, Calle Ciutat de Granada 99, 08018, Barcelona
There are many other affordable hotels nearby, please check websites like trivago.com, hotels.com and booking.com.
Take the Aerobus to Pl. Catalunya. A round-trip ticket (€10.20) is a little cheaper than 2 one-way tickets. Service is frequent and very good. You can also take the new metro service, but it takes you to a part of town that is quite far from our venue. There is also regular train service every 30 minutes from Terminal 2, but for most hotels it is less convenient than the Aerobús.
There is a taxi stand there, if you want to take a taxi. Cost will be 30-40€.
If you use the metro, take the red line (Line 1) to Glòries and walk done Diagonal to the corner of Roc Boronat. Turn right and the building is about half a block down, on the left side of the street. If it is raining, from Glòries you can take the Tram, line 4, get off at the first stop (Ca l’Aranyó).
Single tickets are more expensive than a pack of 10-tickets (called a T-10, 1 zone). A T-10 can be used by more than one person at the same time. A T-10 costs 9.95€. Single tickets on the metro cost 2.15€. A T-10 ticket allows you to change means of transport within a certain time frame (1 hour and 15 minutes in the case of Barcelona zone 1). This means you can take the metro, then a tram or bus all within 1 hr and 15 min and it all counts as one trip. Single tickets do not work like this. The T-10 ticket can be used throughout your stay in Barcelona (e.g, if you go out to the centre of town Wednesday or Thursday night; the centre of town is not within easy walking distance).
Our university has more than one campus, and our meeting takes place at the Campus de la Comunicació-Poblenou. There is only one entrance to the several buildings that make up the campus, so you will find us at 138 Roc Boronat Street (on Roc Boronat, between Diagonal and Tanger on a map). Once you get to the entrance, there will be signs indicating where the sessions are. All meetings will be held in building 52, which is immediately to your right as you walk in the entrance. If there is any confusion, the welcoming desk immediately to your left as you walk in the building will have information.
